Mr Samui Rentals and Property Management Services is the natural evolution from a tight partnership between, Mr Samui Tours & Transport and Jr Services which was founded in 2021 by Jay R. Jay has successfully started the business to be a new efficient service on the island, after some quiet months due to COVID 19, which given him plenty of time to brainstorm and prepare this newly opened company. Mr. Samui Rentals and Property Management Services are designed to give you the peace of mind that your investment is in good hands. The Team can effectively and efficiently oversee the management and maintenance of your property, ensuring that annual maintenance costs are kept to a minimum and owners only pay for services used.
On commencement of our services, your property will be assigned to a dedicated Property Manager, who will provide you with a detailed maintenance diagnostic of your property. From there, our administration services ensure that each property is maintained to the highest standards and at a reasonable cost. These services include, but are not limited to, the coordination and payment of the following:
